The goal of the PIS

To create in each local collectivity of Senegal, Information system management abilities as well as decision making and webpage programming assistance.
The SIP's datas are useful to the local elected representatives, and to basic people and their partners all over the world.
Those pages are made by the SIP team : trainers of the NGO Center of Ressource for the Emergence of Social Participation, associations and local collectivities webmasters.
